Jim Sullivan, Founder & President
As the Founder and President of CMCG, Jim is a trusted advisor and business partner, holding a 20 + year proven track record in Human Capital initiatives, a keen financial acumen and a strong business mindset with the ability to see the “big picture” and understand the multi-faceted aspects of an organization.
A passionate leader, he leverages his commitment to strategic HR, as well as financial and administrative excellence to build unified, performance-based teams and solutions for CMCG’s clients. Jim’s prior experience includes executive leadership positons at both The MIL Corporation, as the Vice President of Administration and Managing Director, and at Force 3, Inc., where he was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration.
Currently and previously, he is a consummate team player and always follows through on his commitments, having numerous successes in employee relations, managing employee welfare and wellness initiatives, reducing recruiting expenses, and implementing performance matrix management to achieve short/long-term corporate goals and objectives.
Jim holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola College and Bachelor of Science in Business from University of Maryland. In addition, he is certified as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and a Human Capital Strategist (HCS).
